Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

These terms cover your use of the Rap Skool iOS app. Using the app means you agree to them.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rap Skool. Claiming a public MC card, posting beats or takes, and joining crews are for users 13 and up; if you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian is okay with you using the app.

The app

Rap Skool is a practice instrument for learning to freestyle: beats, word prompts, drills, and progress tracking. We license it to you for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Fair use

Don't reverse-engineer the app, redistribute its bundled content outside the app, or use it to break the law. That's the whole list.

No warranties

The app is provided "as is." We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free or always available, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your place of residence.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows (for example, when social features ship). Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use after a change means you accept it.
